Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No, you can book a consultation directly. However, if you have ongoing symptoms that haven't been investigated, I always recommend speaking with your GP to rule out underlying medical conditions.

Will I have to cut out lots of foods?

The goal of nutritional support is to have the most varied diet possible while managing your symptoms. We only use elimination diets when there is a clear clinical reason, and always with a plan to reintroduce foods.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your specific goals and symptoms. Many people find 2-3 sessions provide them with the knowledge and confidence they need to manage their nutrition independently.
